Yesterday I spent the whole day inking this, taking lots of breaks. Inking has always been something that I find very difficult to pull off right, and I'm often discouraged at just how long it usually takes me. For that reason I usually just clean up sketches and apply colour to those.
But I think that this time it looks like I wanted it to. Most of my linework usually ends up looking dead and static, but this one seems to have life in it.
I'll probably finish this commission by tonight.
